On the Neutralization Characteristic of the Criminal Law in the Western Zhou Dynasty

Abstract: Rulers in the Western Zhou Dynasty (1046 B.C.-771 B.C.) treated criminal law and penalty mildly,thinking that appropriate criminal law is the auspicious one instead of cruel slaughter.Criminal legislation and justice were obviously neutral at that time.
