Government Culture and the Psychological Contract of Civil Servants:an Attempt under Unified Framework

Abstract

Abstract: Psychological contract is the organized individual personality,and government culture is the personified government.The interactive relationship between the psychological contract of civil servants for “personality” and the government's “general” culture is the impulsion to promote government’s performance.This paper analyzes them under a unified framework,pointing out how to construct government culture and psychological contract of civil servants so as to improve the government performance.
