Abstract: The development of intra-county ecological economy is a practical way out of ecological crisis.To meet the demand of scientific outlook on development,a strategic environmental evaluation index of green GDP should be introduced,and a path of sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment adopted in developing intra-county ecological economy,thus it is the key weather the county-level officials have ecological quality or not.
