Abstract: Under the background of an all-round reform,China is to reform its medical system.The reason for China’s successful reform is that personal pursue was allowed,which has deeply influenced the reform of medical system.The important tendency of medical system reform is hospital’s market-orientation,which makes the hospital a pure merchandised enterprise,leading to market justice and the failure of medical system reform.To resolve this,the government should increase financial support to turn market justice of the hospital into social justice.Besides,attention should be given to humanitarianism in the medical system reform.
