On the Competition Strategy of Ping An Life Insurance Company in the Minority Areas of Xiangxi

Abstract: Differentia and centralization are Ping An Life Insurance Company’s main strategies in its product and service in the minority areas of Xiangxi (in the west of Hunan Province).To ensure the success of the strategies,it is necessary to establish strategic organization,emphasize training,widen its selling channel,maintain the reputation of the company,promote service quality,and construct culture of the enterprise.
