Abstract: The employees in the employee-centered labor relationship are those core employees who are rare in the labor market,and they are valuable resources for the enterprise to improve its competitiveness. It has become an important issue for the enterprise and the employees to reach a win-win situation to construct a fine psychological contract in the employee-centered labor relationship. This paper analyzes the functions and characteristics of psychological contract in the employee-centered labor relationship,and puts forward some countermeasures to manage it.
