Abstract: Unbalance of urban and rural commodity market is an important characteristic of China’s dual urban and rural economy,in which there exists great difference either in scale or in operating efficiency and which is caused by an urban- prior system.To reach the harmonious development in urban and rural commodity market,we should reform the financial system,household register system,and  decision-making system as well.
