Abstract: In China,listening is always considered to be a weak point for many students.There is an urgent need for the teachers and researchers to find an effective and yet convenient way to enhance the listening performance for the English learners.Based on an analysis of the problems existing in college English listening-teaching pattern,this paper discusses how to make use of multimedia technology in college English listening-teaching,aiming at improving the efficiency of listening teaching and students’ comprehensive competence of using English.
