Abstract: Now economic globalization has become an inevitable trend in the world,which will exert great influence on international laws and domestic laws.In the process of adjusting increasingly closing economic relationship caused by economic globalization,international laws are being more and more domestically used,and the same trend is seen vice versa.It is this interaction between international laws and domestic laws that makes a vague distinction between them,causing the global legal criterion to develop in the same direction.
