Abstract: Value view is of one’s value conception,belief,ideal,standard as well as his concrete value option or comprehensive value system.Jiang Zemin holds that the establishment of core value system with China’s socialist characteristics depends on concrete understanding of the differences and correct treatment of the contradictions between social value direction and people’s diversity of values,respecting the former and containing the latter,but giving proper regulation or direction to the latter so as to set up a kind of advanced value of scientific progress and social development.
