Abstract: All the production activities of human beings call for extensive cooperation,which requires effective systems to guarantee it.The plantation in the lower reaches of Qingshui River,Guizhou Province was formed and developed under the protection of local systems of the Dong society.For this reason,the risks and uncertainties of this economic activity were maximally reduced.
