The Evolution and Development of Introducing Market-making System into China’s GEM (Growth Enterprise Market)

Abstract: Under the background that China is going to open GEM (Growth Enterprise Market),it is of special significance to discuss how to introduce market-making system into GEM.This paper analyzes and concludes the dividing stage of the system,and puts forward to further develop the system from the perspectives of The Second North Paradox and the microcosmic aspects of adaptability efficiency.Taking China’s situation and the successful experience aboard into consideration,it also puts forward suggestions on how to introduce this system into GEM.
