Abstract: The “natural law”,which maintains natural right,takes care of humanity and sparkplugs rationale,plays an important role in constructing modern civilization.It is required to respect natural law,respect human right,and realize social justice in constructing a harmonious society,which is in accordance with the spirit of natural law.In this process we must take the spirit of natural law into consideration to respect nature and human right,and achieve a harmonious relationship between man and man,and man and nature.
