Abstract: The combination of Marxism with the worker’s movement during the May 4 movement indicated the emergence of the party of Chinese working-class.Since the founding of Chinese Communist Party (CCP),its program had shown its Marxism ideology and had initially exposed its rules.The Party culture of CCP appeared.In the struggle afterwards,the Party’s ideology gradually had Chinese characteristics and its rules were basically complete.The Party’s culture was formed.In the beginning years after the founding of new China,the CCP’s Party culture underwent development until 1957,when it was broken and ossified.Since the open and reform policy,the Party culture of CCP has changed and now it is undergoing transition.
