Cultural Apologue and Structural Magic-cube——On the Source and Form of “Two Women+One Man” Mode in Modern Chinese Literature

Abstract: As a literature archetype,the origin of the mode can be traced back to ancient Chinese literature.It was a motif of many narrative stories.Since the May Fourth Movement,Chinese writers have come to reconsider the concept of “family” and have paid close attention to women’s liberation.This old literary tradition has been inherited and once again been favored by Chinese writers,who make the mode reappear and displace it on the level of emotion,psychology and narrative structure by endowing it with modern people’s spiritual experience.
