Abstract: The previous study of anarchic movement in China,Japan and Korea was mainly respectively within one nation. However, this limitation prevented us from understanding the international feature of anarchism. So it’s important to put the study in a larger scope of east Asia so as to better understand modern anarchism through a comparative study of the anarchic movement in the three countries. This paper first compares the features of taking-in,development and decline of anarchism in the three east Asian countries, then it illustrates the interrelationship among anarchism, nationalism and internationalism.Though the anarchic course in China,Japan and Korea has their own features, their anarchic spirit at least was as same as that in western countries.A comparative study will provide a better way to understand both the similarity and dissimilarity of anarchism in China,Japan and Korea, and the realistic meaning of modern anarchism.
