Abstract: Human Rights Protection for Criminal Suspects is a very important task in a criminal suit.Detective departments have the strong power to investigate and get evidence,and even to violate a suspect's legal rights through the abuse of it in the course of detection.Therefore,it is necessary to grant suspects some essential and procedural human rights legally so as to protect the substantive human rights of the criminal suspects.This paper gives us an analysis and summary of the present condition,some defects existed in suspects' human rights protection in our country,as well as advice on how to perfect the human rights protection system for suspects on the basis.
