Abstract: The study of law has long been focused on forms rather than contents, neglecting the aesthetics in the law. Aesthetics in law refers to pleasant feeling and mental satisfaction gained through one’s perception, the feature of which contains the following two aspects: abstraction in what is aesthetic judgment made of and the concreteness of what is aesthetic standards set up to. And “quality” and “quantity” are the two integral aspects of aesthetic standards.
