Abstract: Fenghuang County of Xiangxi has a long history rich cultural cumulativeness and abundant tourism resources.This paper tries to put forth some strategies on how to expoit its abundant tourism resources,build up tourism industry,turn the resources advantage into economic advantage,embark on the road of sustainable development,and quicken the pace of developing tourism economy and making the people rich.
