Abstract: Moral human capital, which might produce positive benefit as well as negative effect, is one of the important factors affecting an enterprise. What influences it will have is largely decided by the factors of moral human capital.In the light of different influence by the different factors, this paper offers some opinions on how to take effective measures to protect the positive benefit from the risk of moral human capital.
