Abstract: National monopoly is one of the regulated objects of international anti-monopoly law. To balance the international economical order and nation’s economical interest, international anti-monopoly law should restrict the national monopoly that impedes the international fair competition, on the other side, it should exempt the national monopoly in specific industry, situation or country.
