A Comparative Study on International Electronic Commerce Legislation & Its Revelation to China’s Legislation

Abstract: The dramatically developing electronic commerce has been bringing about great impact to contemporary commercial activities as well as to  other aspects of human life.And traditional forms of transactions are subject to likely fundamental changes, to which laws are required to adopt.Therefore,new norms and regulations should be established. Nowadays,legislative activities aimed at E-commerce are an international surge, but China’s case is an exception on account of unawareness of the pressing situation and lack of legislative experience.So a study of the forthgoers’ experience will make sense in facilitating our legislation work.
