Harmonious   Man——Man and His Moral Perspective from the View of Confucianism

Abstract: Man and his relationship with the world is a basic issue in the study of philosophy and ethics. Different progress of social civilization will influence the answer to this issue. While in the western culture the relationship of man has been understood objectifiedly and externally from a point of view which separates man from the outer world, man according to Confucianism is harmonious, which is reflected in the harmony between man and the nature, between man and man and between body and mind.As a feudal ideological system, Confucianism is outdated,but it has a rich content of wisdom and historical experiences which are of significance to the present-day moral practice.and its truth  will provide rich historical resources for the contemporary social development and the perfection of human being.
