Abstract: This article expounds on the theoretical basis for currency policy conduction mechanism and draws the conclusion that the cause of the unsound conduction of our currency policy lies in the lack of vitality on the part of organizations,in the asymmetrical financial economic structure,in the insufficient demands resulted from the improper guide of microeconomic entity,and in the unsound development of financial market.
