Abstract: This thesis looks back and summarizes merits and demerits of liberal arts journals of nationalities colleges and universities in the past four yeras.Focusing on the issue of how to raise the quality of nuiverstiy journals,the thesis puts forth journal-running ideas:firstly,the following setting up a brand-conciousness,establishing advantageous columns and shaping striking features;secondly optimizing edditing affairs and scholarizing edditing process.
