Abstract: DENG Xiao-ping’s theory is always practiced along with the resolution of the important reform practice and development in China. It was based on the top of world history, using Marxist world history theory of global view, analyzing Chinese situations in the world history or economic globalization to sum up historical experiences and formed the important theory, and it was proved a productive theory by our twenties’ practice. Thus, DENG Xiao_ping’s theory will be energetic to lead Chinese socialist construction in the waving economic globalization in the 21st century.
