Abstract: Our country's unemploy ment insurance system was set out from the needs of state-run economic reform initially.As the Constantly deepening of the state-ouned enterprise reform,and after the establ bment of the mnrket Economic system and foining the WTO,the defects of this system havealready been obvious day by day.These are mainly shan as the narrow coverage rate,the small scale,the single source of the fund,the neak guarantee function,etc.We ought to inprove the system form these draw backs which restrict the full play of the function of unemploy ment insurance system.
