Content Industry: A New Growth Point in the 21st Century Information Industry

Abstract: The fusion of information technology and media industry in the new century will promote the growth of content industry in the 21st century information industry. Based on the analysis of the development of technology industry in China in its singularity, the relative monopolism in media industry and high demand of information users toward information and technology, The article concludes that the center of future development in the information industry will surely be the content industry.
