Abstract: Ethics, as an indespensable factor of social economic life, contains economic prescription and economic particularity. Deeply rooted in economy, its moral action choice is governed by rules of cost- benefit. Moral appreciation and moral control follow definite economic principles. Thus, it is significant to conduct economic analysis on ethics and recognize the economic principle of ethics life so as to construct and control social morality.
