Abstract: The construction of meta-discourse is characterized by the dominance of discourse logic,the shaping of civilizational ideas,and the competition for influence on values.The meta-discourse on the common value of mankind takes the unprecedented changes of this century as its temporal coordinates,the people's aspiration for a better life as its value objective,the new form of human civilization as its achievement,and the establishment of a community with a shared future for mankind as its future development.This breaks through the logical constraints of "Western centrism" and transforms the discourse on common human values from hegemony to inclusivity.It is a systematic endeavor to construct a meta-discourse on universal human values and promote its international dissemination,requiring an escape from discursive traps that pit human values against each other and a reconstruction of narrative expressions regarding universal human values.This not only promotes global dissemination of Chinese ideas and enhances international influence of Chinese values but also aligns with the contemporary theme of globaldevelopment,offers insights into current world development realities,and presents Chinese solutions for addressing common challenges faced by humanity.
