Abstract: The origin and development of community are based on its needs.Science fiction movies are born to meet the needs of people, and in turn, they express theneeds of people as their content. The latter mainly has three orientations, namely, the need for the community, the need of the community itself, and the need derived from the community. The relevant description of Chinese sci-fi movies is consistent with the concepts of Chinese traditional culture, that people are divided by groups, that one considers others in his own place, and that one stops at the best. These concepts are of great ethical value for building a community with a shared future for mankind and worthy of in-depth study.
