Synergy and Motivation Model of Dominant Elements inthe Post-industrial Economy Age:Case Study of a Successful Transnational Enterprise Alliance

Abstract: Naspers ofSouth Africa takes a stake in Tencent,which is regarded as one of the world's most win-win strategic investment cases today.This paper,based on the case method,theory and methods of synergetics and dynamics,creates a synergy and motivation model of dominant elements to explore synergy and motivation mechanism of the enterprise alliance,and analyzes the successful case of Naspers-Tencent alliance.Finally it reveals the significance and value of the synergy and motivation model of dominant elements (capital and knowledge) in the post-industrial economy age.
