Gender Equality inTechnical Field

Abstract: Gender inequality widely exists in technical filed,which is seen in the gap of participants in technical field,the inequality of status and class in technical organization,and the inequality in technical education field.Traditional gender culture,system deficiency,and certain intrinsic factors from female all contribute to gender inequality.Only by breaking traditional gender dualism,creating advanced gender culture,making system invocation,and changing female’s self-cognition can gender inequality be eliminated.
