摘要/Abstract

摘要：通过对西藏林芝地区移民村落大坝村的帕措势力分布和村民委员会主任选举过程的调查和分析，以村委会的权力结构为中心，探讨了国家影响和帕措势力之间的关系，描述了国家所主导的权威和秩序怎样在一个有紧密血缘纽带的西藏村庄展开。认为：“帕措”认同是大坝村“权力文化网络”的一个重要内容，是大坝村权威存在和展开的基础，也是国家影响向基层延伸途径和渠道。大坝村的帕措势力是村内起主导作用的村治力量，这个村治力量主导村庄权力的运转，形成较为固定的村治特点。大坝村委会的权力结构体现了国家影响和村民“帕措”认同的双向制约。

Abstract: By analyzing the distribution of “Pa —Cuo”’s forces and the election process of the village head,this paper probes into the power structure of the village committee in Tibetan migrant village,and points out that the power shows the restriction between the nation’s influence and the villagers’ identification to “Pa Cuo”.
