摘要/Abstract

摘要：高等师范院校音乐学研究生培养规模高速发展，但在培养质量上却不尽人意，因此要在教育理念上构建出音乐学研究生的素质结构，以期对研究生教育教学过程产生积极作用，音乐学研究生的素质结构由音乐素养、理论素养、人文素养和教育素养四个主要因素构成。

关键词： 音乐学研究生, 素质结构

Abstract: Though the scale in training musicological graduate students has been increasing rapidly,the quality is not so satisfactory. Therefore,the quality structure of the graduates,which consists of four major factors of quality of music,quality of theory,quality of humanities,and quality of education,must be constructed in terms of educational ideas so that it can play an active part in the course of teaching.
