摘要/Abstract

摘要：结合我国高等教育现状，从高校扩招、教育目标、社会发展需求、教学实施情况等多个方面入手，分析了影响高校教育质量的主要因素。为加大教育教学改革力度，提高本科教学质量,从教学质量保证、监控和评估方面入手，结合教学管理经验，确定了高等院校教学质量保障体系的构建思路与运行方式。为保证该体系的正常运行，提出了相应的具体的管理方法、监督体系与评价机制。

Abstract: Referring to the present situation of higher education in our country,this paper analyzes such factors as expanded enrollment,educational goal,social demand as well as teaching practice that influence education quality.To guarantee teaching quality of undergraduate course,operating mechanism is proposed,for which corresponding management,monitoring system and appraisal system are also suggested.
