摘要/Abstract

摘要：摆手歌舞，是湘西土家族最具民族特色的习俗文化，它随土家族悠久的历史而源远流长，在不同的历史阶段又有其不同的艺术形态，并始终与土家民族的命运息息相关。因此，要探索摆手歌舞的源头，只能顺着土家民族的历史长河溯流而上，在领略其奔泻的艺术浪花的同时，去感受这个民族非同凡响的生命乐章。

Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the origin of hand-waving song and dance,a unique custom of the Tujia nationality in Xiangxi (in the west of Hunan Province).It has a long history,and presents different artistic forms during different times.
