摘要/Abstract

摘要：志愿服务是志愿者不图物质报酬而自愿为推动社会道德文明所开展的公益服务活动，它具有服务的志愿性、公益性和非营利性等伦理特征。其鲜明的伦理属性决定它在提高公民的道德认识、丰富公民的道德情感、强化公民的道德责任和增强公民的道德能力等方面具有突出的作用。

Abstract: The voluntary service is organized by volunteers of NGO (non-governmental-organization) for the purpose of enhancing social morality,without material reward or compensation.It has many ethical characteristics such as voluntary,publicly benefited and nonprofit.The specific ethical attributes determine that it will play an outstanding role in developing morality cognition,enriching moral sentiments,strengthening moral responsibility and enhancing moral capability.
