Abstract: With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of the economy,ultra-rich groups have appeared in China.The formation and development of the ultra-rich groups have complex historic factors and paths,and it is the combination of individual quality,external environment,economic and political factors,and so on.The development is closely related to the policy of reform and opening up,which is not only the logical starting point,but also runs through the whole process of the rise.The economic marketization,imbalance of public power,market disorder and social disorder in some extent,all provide environmental conditions for the rise of ultra-rich groups.Relying on their material capital,human capital,social capital or power capital,legally or illegally,these groups develop gradually.
