摘要/Abstract

摘要：差别原则是罗尔斯两个正义原则之一, 罗尔斯试图利用它来解决现实中的不平等现状, 但是收效甚微。本文试从立论依据、价值取向及实施途径等方面探讨罗尔斯的差别原则,并对它作一些评价和思考。

Abstract: The Difference Principle is one of Rawls' two principles of justice.He tries to overcome the present unequal situation by using the Difference Principle. But in fact, it hardly works. This paper intends to inquire into the principle from its theoretical base, its value tendency and its ways for practice.
