摘要/Abstract

摘要：近几年来，湘西地区证券市场发展迅速，在地区经济中的作用日益增强。探讨了湘西地区发展证券市场的必要性，证券市场发展过程中存在的问题及解决对策等问题。

关键词： 证券市场, 融资, 股份制

Abstract: In recent years,the stock market in Xiangxi has developed very quickly and its role-play in the local economy is on the increase. This paper tries to analyze how to develop the stock market from the following aspects:1.necessity of developing the stock market in Xiangxi;2.problems existing in the development of the stock market;3.countermeasures to solve the problems.
