摘要：ERP作为一种现代管理模式，实现企业管理流程的集成运作；ERP作为一种先进的管理技术，能够整合利用企业内外资源。以ERP的起源为分析起点，探讨了ERP的本质、特点、相关技术和功能模块。

Abstract: As a modern management mode,ERP can help a company integrate its business processes. and optimize the resources available. This paper discusses the origin of ERP system,its essence and characteristics and its relevant technologies and function modules.
