摘要：学衡派与五四新文化派在新文学建设上具有一致性，但也存在分歧。这主要表现在学衡派对五四新文学批评的五个方面：即文学名分上的新旧之
分，关于“文学进化论”问题，文学的贵族和平民之争，文学创造的方法问题，文学革命与文学专制等。尽管其批评具有一些不足和缺陷，但学衡派针对五四新文化运动过分反传统而带来的缺陷性的攻击也具有学理上的积极因素。

Abstract: There was consistency between the Xueheng School and the New Culture School on how to build new culture,but there was aiso divergence.The literary criticism of Xueheng School against the New Culture School reflected an five aspects:on old literature and new literature,on literature evolution, on noble literature and popular literature,on literary creation method,on literary revolution and literary dictatiorship.Although there were some defects,the Xueheng School's literary criticism was not without positive influence,and should be fairly treated.
