摘要/Abstract

摘要：以我国私营企业为研究对象，分析了私营企业制度安排的现状，结合现状探讨了我国私营企业制度安排的局限性所在：封闭的产权制度，不利于实现诸多外部利润；任人唯亲的人事制度，不利于企业长期生存；集权式管理制度，不利于企业管理现代化；狭窄的家族文化制度，制约企业的健康发展；乏力的技术制度，影响了企业长远的竞争能力。

关键词： 私营企业, 制度安排, 局限性

Abstract: This paper,taking the private enterprises as research subject,analyzes the situation and limitation of their institutional arrangement.The closed property system which hinders outside profit,the favoritism personnel system which hinders the long-existence of the enterprise,the central-powered system which hinders the modern management,the family culture system which hinders the enterprise’s development,and the dull technological system which hinders the long-term competitive ability of the enterprise are also discussed here.
