摘要/Abstract

摘要：当代“平民大学”的办学观传承并超越了20世纪20年代初中国那场极具影响的“平民教育”思想运动，二者在价值宗旨诉求、理论的实践展开与折射的示范效应等方面既有联系又有区别。办人民满意的“平民大学”需要在办学定位、师资队伍建设、人才培养与教学改革等方面做出创新。

Abstract: Modern idea of civilian university succeeds and surpasses that of influential civilian education in the 1920s.They have difference and connection in tenet,theory,practice and demonstrative effect.To establish civilian university,we need innovation in education orientation,teaching staff,cultivation,and reform in teaching to meet the demand of people.
