摘要：简要分析了全球软件业发展趋势和我国软件出口的现状，重点探讨了浙江省软件业出口的现状和主要制约因素，围绕政府管理体制改革这个中心，提出了有效扩大我国特别是浙江省软件出口的具体对策和建议。

Abstract: This paper briefly analyzes the developing trend of global software industry and the status quo of software exportation in our country,and explores the main factors which restrict software exportation,taking Zhejiang as example.Focusing on government’s reform in management system,it also puts forward some countermeasures to enlarge the software exportation of our country,especially of Zhejiang Province.
