摘要/Abstract

摘要：慈善事业是建立在社会捐赠基础上的社会救济事业。改革开放以来，我国的慈善事业有了长足的发展，但就我国弱势群体的现状而言，现有的慈善捐赠水准远不能满足社会的需要。应大力倡导平民百姓作为主体投身慈善事业。民众中蕴含着无尽的慈善资源，只要积极疏导，合理开发，中国的慈善事业就会得到很好的发展。

关键词： 平民慈善, 影响因素, 慈善理念, 公信力

Abstract: Philanthropy is a social relief based on social donation.Since the open and reform policy,great achievements of philanthropy have been made in our country;however,the present donation is far away from the social demand considering the situation of the vulnerable groups.Therefore,we should call for the mass people to be the main body of philanthropy,who possess endless philanthropy resource and will exert great power if it is exploited properly.
