大学师生无效交往原因探析

摘要/Abstract

摘要：目前，高等教育存在的最大问题莫过于“人的失落”。在高等教育过程中出现“人的失落”，可以说是教育的失效。影响高等教育效果的原因较多，师生交往的无效也是其中一个重要因素。导致大学师生无效交往的根源主要在于大学教育价值取向的偏狭、教育制度的制约以及传统文化的负面影响。

Abstract: At present, the biggest problem existing in higher education is the “human loss”.“Human loss” can be said to be the failure of higher education. There are various reasons influencing the result of higher education. Among these the failure of reasonable communication between the teachers and students is a critical one. The root for the failure of exchanges can be attributable to the narrow value orientation, education system constraints and the negative impact of traditional culture.
