摘要/Abstract

摘要：农村组织建设是推进农村现代化的重要路径选择。改革后的制度突破和组织分化与创新，形成了农村组织形式多元化的格局，同时也呈现出了农村组织化程度偏低、功能单一等特点。因此农村组织化程度的提高与功能整合有着重要的现实意义。当前农村组织的发展趋势与价值取向一方面是保障农民利益和化解农村社会危机，另一方面是体现农村政治文明。

Abstract: Rural organizational construction is an important way to boost rural modernization.The systematic breakthrough and organizational differentiation and innovation after the reform policy have formed a multiplex situation of rural organization,along with a feature of low extent and single function.So it is significant to enhance the extent of rural organization and to conform its function.On the one hand,the tendency and value orientation of rural organization can ensure peasants’ benefits and overome rural crisis,one the other hand,they also represent political civilization in the rural areas.
