Abstract: Recently,there have been fierce debates on the aesthetic and cultural connotation,economical efficiency,safety,and project rules in China's important project designs,causing some conspicuous events to happen.In these events,specialists,authority figures,mainstream media,and network platforms have played their important roles in public opinion propagation.To prevent the risks of public opinion propagation in important design projects,we should pay attention to the regularity of system,technology,and participation and guarantee their legality,safety,and publicity,trying to build consensus among these subjects of public opinions and form favorable atmosphere for them.
